When talking to her she is very rude and she talks down to you like you are an idiot. She did not impress! She acted like I was a waste of her time.

Byrom law firm is exceptional ! I can not choose only one word to describe Jennifer Byrom and her staff. Professional, experienced ,aggressive, thorough, attentive, knowledgeable, quality, value, enthusiastic, empathetic, caring, compassionate, personable, kind, and patient are just to name a few off the top of my head. Byrom Law Firm and my experience with Jennifer Byrom was nothing short of phenomenal. Jennifer Byrom did an exemplary job representing me in 2016 with my divorce. In 2020 I attained Mrs. Byrom again when my ex-wife wanted to relocate my special needs daughter from Florida to Montana. My daughter is autistic which makes my case unique just like her in many ways and my ex-wife makes my case difficult! Lets be honest, most states including Florida tend to lean towards the mother or primary parent. I was scared, stressed, and heart broken knowing there was a chance I could lose my precious daughter who has no voice to a relocation many miles away. Mrs. Byrom was straight forward and realistic with me about my case throughout the whole process to the end. She eased my stress and was there for me anytime I needed her. If she was in court or busy at the time, then one of her wonderful paralegals Penny Miller or Denise Lewis were. Both women knew my case thoroughly and could answer any questions I had at any time. At no time did I ever feel as if my case wasn't their most important case. Kimi (the receptionist) was always there to make me smile when I was upset or stressed. She makes the best coffee and always went out of her way to make my wife and I comfortable. The whole staff makes you feel like family. At no time did Mrs. Byrom ever make me feel like it was about money to her. She worked with me always giving me time to pay and was understanding of my financial situation. She worked hard throughout the whole case and is worth every penny spent. You definitely get what you pay for. An honest hard working attorney who cares more about you and your case than money. Jennifer Byrom has knowledge and lots of experience with judges and courts in Santa Rosa County. Her dedication to fighting for my rights as a father and most importantly for my daughters best interest, is what made us win my case. Not just one win but two wins with two different judges. Temporary relocation was denied and permanent relocation was denied. Jennifer Byrom understood from the very beginning that because my daughter doesn't have a voice, she would have to become her voice. I will forever be grateful to her and her staff for this. If my daughter could speak she would definitely tell her " Thank you for keeping me with my daddy and for being my voice." A great lawyer and honesty is all you need. Jennifer has been a part of our case since 2015. She is not only extremely knowledgeable about the laws, she genuinely cares about people. She knows what she is doing and there are reasons for her choices. You have to trust her. If things are slow, be patient. She has a plan. If she tells you to do something, do it! Her staff is absolutely amazing and can explain to you the reasoning for things at any point. Is she "expensive". Sure! But, Jennifer went to school for many years, she has many years of experience, she has a great track record in the court room, she cares about people and works hard for you. She deserves her pay! You like to get paid for your work, correct? She is busy but wouldn't you want an attorney that is busy? This shows others trust her and hires her. She is prepared for your case so understand that just bc she can't pick up the phone daily doesn't mean she isn't working for you. We won the first case and she was found in contempt, we have more time w the kids, miracles happened that is unexplainable during the first mediation. We are back in the courts again due to her false filings but we believe we will win this one also. I tried to speak about what others said negatively about her. I'm picky! I'm hard to please! I'm opinated and expect a lot. If she wasn't wonderful, I assure you I would say so. But, the fact I think she is wonderful says so much more bc of who I am and my expectations. Hire her and tell her Katherine and Brian said we trust her w our children's lives!

I hired Ms Byrom to deal with my legal troubles and I couldn't have asked for. Enter counsel. When I was framed by my now ex husband and arrested (the cops didn't even bother looking at the camera to see if the guy was lying) she answered my call late at night and calmed me down. She and her staff were always there when I needed them and although sometimes it took them a bit to get back with me they knew me by name and helped me every step of the way with my divorce.

Ms. Byrom not only was attentive she was kind and had our best interests at heart. She was amazing as far as knowing the law and got it all done swiftly and successfully. We highly recommend anyone that is having to deal with a divorce or custody issue call Jennifer Byrom. She gets it done.

I first went to Byrom Law Firm in 2012 after a domestic violence incident. Jennifer Byrom took charge immediately with my case and handled it with the upmost professionalism. At our first hearing she made sure that my children and I were safe and gave sound advice about how to move forward with the divorce and child custody proceedings. Jennifer Byrom stayed the course with this part of my case. It had many twists and turns and Ms. Byrom along with her staff worked meticulously for an optimal outcome. I highly recommend her and feel blessed to have her handle my case.

I do not do a lot of reviews, but felt like I should here. Jennifer did a wonderful job advising me on my divorce. My wife and I wanted to do an uncontested divorce, and at one point it became a bit contentious, and we were having a hard time agreeing on everything. I contacted Jennifer on the advice of a friend, and she gave me nothing but good guidance. She could have easily advised me to fight the divorce, but instead she stressed how important it was to try and work it out between my wife and I. So even though she could have billed me considerably more, she pushed me in the direction that was best for me, and did not try to "get more money" from me. I genuinely recommend her to anyone who wants good advice on how to best handle their divorce.

To say that Jennifer Byrom and her staff are highly qualified and compassionate is an understatement. I have waited a year to write this review so that I could be objective and say that our entire dealing was over with before giving our experience and opinion. We presented Ms. Byrom and her staff with an impossible task; a private adoption with 7 days notice before birth and no homestudy completed and no prior documented attempts at adoption. She was pragmatic but positive and laid out the path for us; at every step she and her staff were there for us; even answering her cell phone after hours to comfort us and assure that we were doing everything correct. She and her amazing Paralegal, Penny Miller came to the hospital to assist with paperwork and complete the process on a Sunday Afternoon. Let's face it; attorneys are expensive; they provide a function and they should be compensated for it. However at no time did we feel like we were being swindled or taken to the cleaners. Bills were always clear and it was obvious that they were simply being compensated for the work they completed. They worked with us on our payments and we were able to finalize our son's adoption a little bit more than three months after he was born. We made it a point to get pictures with all the ladies at the office, because they had become more than just people to us; they were family and part of our son's story we wanted him to know about all the sweet people who helped him become ours one day! If you are in need of an attorney who knows the adoption process in and out and who will get things done and quickly, Jennifer Byrom is the one to use!! If

My situation in a nutshell the case has been sitting on her office for a year and a half. I provided all documentation required and basically nothing has happen. My experience has been horrendous. Dont let your experience be the same. Stay away from her, she is bad business.

I would never use her again. Long story short... I went to her for a divorce. Paralegal was great, did all the work. The paralegal and I had put together a good game plan for the mediation. Jennifer Byrom came to the mediation without the paralegal and the game plan went out the window. I walked out with my head spinning and a non-modifiable alimony which gives my ex more than 70% of my pay (after taxes), and much more. Right afterwards, my ex got a job, she cohabitates with her fiancé, and she gets my alimony. I cant do anything about it because of the "non-modifiable' statement. Yes, I blame myself for not doing better. But, I had never been through a divorce, I didn't know all the options, etc, so I essentially put all my faith and trust in an 'expert", someone who has been doing this for many many years. In the end, I got screwed, but she sure got paid!

Ms. Jennifer Byrom instilled confidence in us as clients with her demonstration of legal expertise and her professional advice & counsel. She has a servant heart, placing her client's needs ahead of her own. Throughout our recent litigation, Jennifer developed and executed an effective case strategy based upon our requirements and desires. She counseled us explaining risks, effect of ancillary factors, and legal precedent. She did this using plain language in a very compassionate but convincingly professional manner. Preparation before hearings was always thorough, especially noteworthy before our final two hearings. We are overwhelmingly pleased with the judge's ruling and final order. From the beginning we were assigned paralegal Pam Williams. She was a great coordinator and help. Her sense of humor really aided in reducing stress, keeping our spirits up. The law office staff was always responsive to our outreach.

We hired Jennifer Byrom to work with us on our Father's Estate, and she did a wonderful job. She and her staff are very informative and professional. She is a lawyer with a beautiful personality and she cares for her clients. Mrs. Byrom and her staff directed us through and during the entire process, which was completed last week. We will always contact Mrs. Byrom office for any legal matters or question we may have for direction. I have never met a lawyer so willing to assist. One of our family members is in the process of requesting her services again. We will always recommend Mrs. Byrom and her staff for legal advice to anyone seeking a lawyer.
