Working with Michelle and her team is the best thing you can do if you need to put in an insurance claim! We submitted our roof claim in October 2023 and have already settled our case before the end of the year. They placed a blue tarp on my roof, they put it incorrectly, it flew off, they came back to “fix it” and later it flew off again. They blatantly told us they would not come to fix it again. We ended up pulling it off because it was causing more damage. They were unprofessional throughout the whole process. Hard to reach, condescending, Lowball offers and they complicate every step. If you want a good experience, choose another place. Also i’m pretty sure the positive reviews are fake.
