McKinnon Legal has the best team ever. When ever I call to get information about my case they are available and when one not available someone else ready to step in. They also give great guidance on your case and answer any questions you may have about your case. They also responsive pretty quick and also in a professional manner. One more thing when Mrs.Mckinnon went to court on my behalf on March 23. She handle her business and did not let the judge and state handle me any kind of way. This the Attorney is so Intelligent, she knows what she is doing; every angle of the case was covered. At first I was skeptical on trusting anyone but she made it a breeze. Took advantage of already desperate and dire situation and didn’t deliver on any of the promises during the initial consultation. Charged triple what was agreed to over the phone, and produced one (1) motion for ~$9k in fees. Insult to injury abandoned case less that 72 hours to a deposition with opposing counsel. Hope it was worth it, FL bar complaint incoming. Nothing to discuss, we'll talk to the Bar and see what they say.

I was referred to this Law firm by a coworker after hearing me stress about my insurance company failure to address water damages at my home. I called Property Litigation (PLG)on a Tuesday morning expressed my needs to get my insurance to respond to fixing my water damage, as I was 8 months pregnant with a 11 year old also in the home. At the time I called Property Litigation I realized that the air in the home was not fresh so I expressed that also. Prior to calling them my so called insurance company sent out a company that told me there was no mold present so to clean my carpet. Smh I told all this to the attorneys. By the weekend PLG sent out there company to inspect the house and found that water damage was more than expected. I was moved out of my house the days that followed and all that mold and asbestos taken care of. I never came out of pocket, I was contacted every step of the way, I received phone calls to check in on me and my family welfare. I did not have to deal with my insurance company. I would recommend PLG to everyone experiencing difficulties with home insurance companies They care about you and your family. I never felt as a cash cow but more so like family.
