We had a great experience with this firm. Our attorney Melissa Duran was very knowledgeable and professional. Her legal assistant Marco Herrera was professional and always very attentive. The scheduler Daniella was very efficient and professional. Overall we had a good experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone. Worst experience with an attorney. Bad communication.No respect over the signed documents. From the beginning were us ,the clients ,the ones running after the process to get an update, to receive an explanation. Finally the agreement signed was not respected and as a client we received less than the amount signed in the settlement. They did not send a written document explaining why or adjusting the quantities received. My husband receives a phone call with a response: I made a mistake, I’m Sorry. There is nothing else we can do. I requested just now the written document explaining the why and the right totals. This practice is a joke.
