There's an old saying,
The way you do one thing is the way you do everything.
I hear the Morgan& Morgan commercials on the radio all the time, telling me how they are for, the little guy.
However, this is my experience so far.
We recently needed a lawyer because of medical injury.
As soon as you call the number, you don't get an actual person, you get an AI assistant who will ask you a ton of questions.
Then you're going to get transferred to someone that just answers phones and collects a few details.
After that they're going to transfer you to a case consultant.
You're never going to actually talk to a case consultant but you're going to be transferred to one.
You will be put on hold forever waiting for this case consultant.
After a while you realize that no one's going to pick up the phone.
I called multiple times and always the same,put on hold waiting for the case consultant .
As a last resort, I sent an email hoping to get better luck and I got a call back from the technician that handles the phone calls right after the artificial intelligence phone call.
Same as before, you explain your case all over again and they put you on hold waiting for the case consultant.
The bottom line, you'll get plenty of people that will make you explain why you're calling and take notes, but no one with any authority will actually talk to you.
After calling multiple times the technician acknowledged that the case specialist were not not coming to the line and set up a time for a phone call in 3 days......
Now, what they are good at.....
After my phone calls, they're great at sending a automated robo call to tell me if I ever needed them,to just call them day or night......
which is the number where they always place me on hold.
So far, Morgan and Morgan has been nothing but an inconvenience and a headache.
I don't think I'll ever have the opportunity to see if they're actually good attorneys or not.
I'm actually going to work this through the system and keep you posted. I may change the rating if the customer service gets better
