I cannot say enough about Mark Shapiro and his team. They have represented me twice now and both times they truly have gone above and beyond the Call of Duty to ensure I had an exceptional experience. They showed compassion beyond measure. My family and I were going through a very tough Financial time when this case was happening but the team of Mark Shapiro made sure my family and I did not have to worry. Each time I would call them to find out what was going on they would just give me the runaround and when I finally was able to get in touch with somebody who actually knew about my case, they gave me the feeling that my case was not worth enough to them for it to be a priority. For the people? No. That firm is all about the profit. Mark Shapiro and his team immediately made me feel like I was the most important case they had ever had and that feeling stayed throughout the entire process. They were genuine from start to finish and absolutely care about each and every client. If you are looking for a law firm that is truly for the people, look no further than Mark Shapiro and his team. I grew up in a family that had several people in the legal field and this firm is Head and Shoulders Above the Rest. As I said in the first sentence of this review, I cannot say enough about this team. A lot of commercials on the tv, radio, internet and several other sources would have you believe that bigger is better. That is false! Bigger is not always better. This is the best law team you will ever experience, I swear. Literally everyone in Marc Shapiro's office is so very efficient, from the receptionist to the office manager Marney, and of course the intelligent brilliant attorneys who will represent you. They are dependable, so well organized, timely, and anyone can tell they have a command of knowledge in Florida law because of their extensive experience.
