This Lawyer is a THIEF !!!! I had to take him to court to get my money back, he never provide me the services, the final judgment was on my favor but he still don't pay………BIG THIEFFFFFF

I’ve been in 3 car accidents the past 5 years. In all 3 of them, I was rear ended while stopped at a red light. For the first one, I retained Morgan & Morgan- one of my biggest mistakes I made! I had to change attorneys midway because it seemed like they didn’t care about me at all. During my transition, my second accident happened. Unfortunately, the second attorney didn’t care either. I was the one following up with them constantly vs the other way around and they weren’t giving me any answers. Also avoiding my calls and such! I was beginning to despise attorneys because of my 2 separate experiences until a close buddy of mine finally introduced me to Marc Shapiro and Gerta. They were stunned at the time it took for the other 2 attorneys to close my cases. They were so helpful throughout the whole process and helped me close both cases very quickly and win quite a bit of money out of them too. I hired them for this third accident that just occurred this year in 2018 with complete and utter confidence that they would commit themselves to it 100%. They have not let me down yet! I’ve already recommended their office to a few of my friends and will continue to do so as I highly trust them. Gerta has gone above and beyond with follow up, and helping me get a rental car when the insurance company of the person who hit me was trying to push it as much as possible. The best past is that they made it so simple to work with them as they laid out everything I had to do vs what they needed to do. Thank you Marc, Gerta, and the entire Shapiro office for everything you’ve done for me and my friends that I’ve recommended! God bless you!

We were in a very bad rear end car accident while we were test driving a new car. We didn't know any auto accident lawyer, so we hired an attorney in naples based on TV add but after a year of no help from that law firm we fired that useless lawyer and hired Marc Shapiro who was very receptive to our needs and case . We also met Gerta who is a paralegal in his firm and these two took over our case and helped us with all our medical and financial needs and helped us like their own family . Needles to say that i would STRONGLY recommend this law firm if the unfortunate accident happens . Both Gerta and Marc are the best. Thanks for every thing you did for us.

Marc and his team helped one off my employees after a car accident. She was being represented by another attorney and getting absolutely nowhere. He was able to take care of her and she was extremely happy with all they did to represent her Great job, love the entire staff.
