THANK YOU TO THE LAW OFFICES OF MARC L. SHAPIRO, P.A. I was in a vehicle accident on May 3, 2023 in Fort Myers, FL. I had 70+ total appointments, which included Physical Therapy and Brain Therapy. I had many MRI's and X-Rays. I had a Major Concussion, 12 discs that were either herniated, slipped or bulged in my neck and back. I had surgery on my neck, which removed a herniated disc that was completely removed, and pressing on my spinal cord. This caused partial numbness from my head to my toes. A four hour surgery cured the partial numbness completely. Marc L. Shaprio, P.A.'s office was fantastic through the entire process. I can't thank them enough!

Excellent service and communication

I was a little disappointed that I wasn’t informed correctly on the payout from the insurance company. I felt as if they should’ve explained it better to me as far as what I’d be entitled to receive. I was not expecting to have to pay back my medical bills to the insurance company in my settlement. But with the help of Donna to explain to me everything correctly I was grateful for what she did. Just feel that they should just take more time and really define everything properly.
