What can we say, except we are thrilled to have contracted Stan Bunner to represent us. He was extremely knowledgeable with condo association bylaw/ rules/regulations. He throughly researched case law and presented our case expertly. In addition both Stan and his paralegal assistant were readily available to answer any questions or concerns. We were able to keep our legal fees in check because of the way he handles situations. In addition he has represented our neighbor just as confidently.

Stan handled my case with an excellent approach. I got involved with a seller-buyer dispute. In this case, I was the seller that according to our contract, the buyer had an absolute-easy out. However, Stan pour long hours studying our case and found out that I was in the right which is why I pursued the litigation process. After two long years, we ended up in the courtroom.
