It was a real pleasure working with Julia Goncharova on our estate plan. They completed the work very quickly and for a very reasonable price (less than half of what had been quoted by other firms). My husband and I are both high risk for catching coronovirus and it was very comforting that Julia wore a mask and gloves while handling our paperwork. Nicole and Maria served as witnesses and also wore masks/gloves. Everyone was very attentive and answered all our questions.

We liked that the pricing was a fixed rate for the service/services you chose instead of an hourly rate. We worked with Julia to complete the process from beginning to end which consisted of (2) one-hour sessions. She was knowledgeable, professional, efficient, patient and friendly. We asked many questions and never felt rushed as she gave us her full attention. When we signed the documents Maria and Nicole were present as witnesses and portrayed the same attributes as Julia.
