Their assistance and professionalism in preparation of a combination living will, healthcare surrogate and HIPAA release form package was quick and efficient. Conrad Willkomm PA have handled several successful real estate transactions for me. The entire staff from the ground up is such a pleasure to work with. Excellent timely communication with every aspect of the transactions throughout the entire process (several so called title companies need to be educated on the importance of communication). Highly knowledgeable and recommended firm for all real state transaction and related legal advice. And importantly, they have published rate that is very low compare to several other law firms who change rates based on customer.
