13 years ago Conrad Willkomm had prepared a trust for my husband and I. We realized it was in need of updating which entailed filing a revision. Julia assisted us. She is very professional, patient, explains everything very clearly, and is a really nice person. We were very happy with the services received from this office on both occasions.

I started doing some research and found one of there top attorneys, Julia Goncharova, had 330+ 5 star reviews. I said “ no way” nobody can be that good. Well, I was wrong. Julia is very professional, polished, and knows Florida estate, will and trust law inside and out. My wife and I were very impressed with the way she integrated our requests and concerns with the law and her vast experience. The rates and fees she quoted were very reasonable and competitive. I was charged what she said I would be charged. Maria and Lauren were a great help preparing and organizing documents. Everything was explained to the letter. She made multiple requests asking, “ do you have any questions” and “is there anything else I can do or answer for you.” We felt very relieved and elated leaving the office knowing that our new Florida trust covered all the bases and was done right. Do yourself a favorite and be prepared when you start this process. Before you come in sit down with a spouse or relative and make sure you know what you want to do. Some topics are tricky and sensitive. It is better to come to consensus before you sit down. Names, dates, distributions, percentages, be ready. Don’t be embarrassed to ask a question. Julia is very receptive to questions and concerns. The more you prepare the smoother the process. You bring in the dough and Julia makes the bread. We are very happy with the entire process. 5 stars, absolutely.

I recently had an appointment with Julia Gonsharova for the purpose of establishing a revocable trust for myself and a special needs trust for my disabled brother. Ms Gonsharova was very knowledgeable and efficient and the documents were ready for my approval and signature at the second appointment.
