I retained this firm to support the sale by owner of my condo. I visited the office and was welcomed by Andrea, the office manager, and was introduced to Joel Threlkeld, the senior partner, and his paralegal, Lauren. Everyone was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Within a day, Attorney Threlkeld had generated and provided a purchase and sales agreement that supported the sale. They are supporting future efforts up to the closing of the unit. This firm also supports Wills, Trusts and Estates and our intention is to utilize this office for that effort as well. I highly recommend this firm for all your legal needs!

Used for a new trust. Will use for everything else moving forward. They are patient, thorough and extremely thoughtful to the clients needs. They treat you like one of their family by explaining everything but not pressuring you to do something you aren’t comfortable doing. Hunter and Michelle are our team and couldn’t be happier. We almost can’t wait to sell our house so we can use them again because as serious as they are about legal matters they are also a very fun group of professionals. Threlkeld Law for the win!
