Scott Roth has got to be the best practicing lawyer in Lee County! He was referred to me by a past Judge, that explained if you want positive results this is your guy!! Obviously who referred him speaks volumes. He takes the time to learn the scenario and with his vast experience he was able to glean the answers with questions and scenarios that helps you understand and comprehend the situation instantly. Sometimes during stressful times like law suits you tend to not think clearly, trust me with Scott Roth's intensity and in my opinion brilliance he will keep you on track and feeling very secure he is taking care of you. Scott handled a family case for me, and because he is a family man as well, he deeply understands the stress, the emotions and the psychological aspects of a case such as this.. and trust me when I say this....NO STONE WILL BE UN-TURNED WITH HIS LEGAL MIND!!!! If you want to delude yourself and hear what you want to hear this is not your man. He will give you sound legal advice the rest is up to you . He is a smart litigator with a solid background in behavioral health, criminal law and civil law. This combination of law background with behavior health experience is hard to find. It is unfortunate that i did not get to know him as he would've been extremely helpful in the previous case . So if you're looking for a litigator who knows the law and you need to win don't waste your time looking elsewhere.
