Josh Faett is by far the Number One Attorney for Criminal Defense. He does an amazing job representing his clients. He was able to get a serious possession and smuggling charges thrown out for my son. This is not my first time retaining Josh as an attorney to represent someone in my family, he has given us amazing representation with each case. I would never consider going to any other attorney.

Attorney Joshua Faett and his assistant Jacquelyn are absolutely AMAZING!!! If I could award more than 5 stars I would. A family member was facing some serious felony charges with a minimum mandatory prison sentence in excess of 15 years and ended up getting 5 years probation. Attorney Faett had a plan and laid out a path, and over the course of approximately 21 months everything fell into place. He tells it like it is and he does not sugar-coat anything and I like that. He treated us like family and never gave up, even when dealing with such a difficult case. The State Prosecutor was doing their best to make a case, but Attorney Faett was able to turn it around with facts and convince the court otherwise. I cannot thank him enough for keeping our family member in "the sunshine." We even received feedback from others in the field of law during the case and they advised Attorney Faett was very well-respected in the court system and that we had made a good chose when hiring him to defend the case. That really put our minds at ease knowing we had chosen the right Attorney for the job. Please consider Attorney Faett if you need a defense attorney...you will not be disappointed!!!

Mr. Faett is an awful attorney. For being in criminal defense, he’s very judgmental. He missed court appearances on my behalf and couldn’t remember important sequences in regards to my case. Please note his responses to poor reviews. Out of spite, he puts information regarding cases he’s taken online for all to view. Do not believe what he says to be factual. If you want a defense attorney that’s working for the prosecution hire him.

Josh came referred to me from numerous people. When I first met him and his assistant Jackie, he was as straight forward as one can be. Basically telling me what I needed to hear, not what I wanted to hear. Nothing was sugar coated or downplayed. It was reminder throughout the entire process of how serious this was. He told me from the beginning that this was a case that would come down to the wire. That was an understatement. Josh had a game plan that he wanted to do and his judgment for this plan was a life saver. When he said down to the wire, I never expected the final few days. The legal process is stressful and for those unfamiliar with the process it can be very strangulating on your life, your thoughts and sleep. Both Josh's and Jackie's demeaner is calming and definitely helped take the edge off when talking with them. Getting in touch with Jackie and Josh was very easy and usually with a quick call back if needed. If there was any advice that I could give, it would be to have patience and trust in that Josh is very much aware of what needs and can be done. I owe Josh a great deal of gratitude for saving my freedom and will forever be thankful.
