f you are looking for an attorney who is honest and who will keep it real with you this is the attorney you need. I was facing an extremely complicated case and I was very scared. Josh came referred to me from numerous people. When I first met him and his assistant Jackie, he was as straight forward as one can be. Basically telling me what I needed to hear, not what I wanted to hear. Nothing was sugar coated or downplayed. It was reminder throughout the entire process of how serious this was. He told me from the beginning that this was a case that would come down to the wire. That was an understatement. Josh had a game plan that he wanted to do and his judgment for this plan was a life saver. When he said down to the wire, I never expected the final few days. The legal process is stressful and for those unfamiliar with the process it can be very strangulating on your life, your thoughts and sleep. Josh just WON my trial yesterday I was looking at a insane minimal of 75 years His skills are what sets him apart, by far, than any other lawyer in our area He destroyed the state attorneys in trial and made them look like fools Unheard of for a not guilty verdict to come back so fast (especially when the state thought they had an easy case) In the 2 1/2 years I waited to go to trial Josh and Jackie were always on point, both really cared about me (and you can see the sincerity in them) They would get back to me even if they were ever busy, they also went above and beyond on what a lawyer and paralegal should do, calling after hours when needed. Josh is by far the best. He really goes to all lengths possible to defend his clients and their rights. I have used him for a myriad of issues both criminal and civil over the past 8 years. When I was charged with a dui I went to josh and I couldn’t be happier. All my charges were dropped I never had to show up to court take time off work or go out of my way at all actually. And that’s huge for someone who lives pay check to pay check and can’t afford to take time off he’s the best there is and will save your ass every time. Highly recommended

I was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and a few drug charges. I was facing over 20 years and didn’t know what to do. Mr. Josh Faett saved my life. A few months ago I was going to end the rest of my life in jail for something I did not do. The process took over two years. A couple year back I got arrested on a drug charge and I remember sitting there and think that my life was over.
