Best lawyer! I was a witness for the defense and overheard one of the prosecutors walk by the witness for the prosecution and told him that he is going to lose. "Cassasa wins everytime" is the exact quote. I was confident, and we won our jury trial.

I met Mark Casassa 15-20 years ago as have regularly and confidently referred my clients to him for representation in Naples and Fort Myers. His reputation and performance in Court are way above average and he cares about the results for his clients.

Mr Mark Casassa and his assistant Julie are both very very professional. They both really took care of me. I was going to jail but Mark handled my case and made sure I got the minimum sentence and did NOT go to jail.

Mark is AWESOME, calls back when he says he will. Fair in his billing, VERY on top of it. HE even knew that the prosecuting state atty was on vacation on certain dates and requested my court date while the atty was out of town so the covering attorney that filled in had to handle the case and wasn't as knowledgeable BRILLIANT
