I've talked to a number of lawyers about a complex real estate problem, including one team who handled prior transactions for me and have done preliminary work on this situation. His summary and plan of action have been the best by far. This is before he's even been on a fee retainer! If you have the need for a lawyer in his specialty areas, talk to him.

He is very honest and helpful, he does not try to price gouge you, he makes very minimal for his services. He understands my case and how frustrating my situation is, so he broke things down and et with me and didn't charge me a consultation fee. He's young but very knowledgeable and knows the law.
