My day to day is filled with busyness and just when I thought I could handle my plate, it toppled over. I reached out to Mr. Chillemi and he was a godsend. He knew exactly what to do and how to proceed. His confidence and instruction lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. I felt as though I barely lifted a finger. Don’t let the 5 star reviews fool you! If you enjoy wasting your hard earned money on a lazy, worthless attorney, then by all means, proceed with James. He’ll talk a good game until it’s time to act on it, and then you’re left with $10,000 less in your account and someone who bent you over the table. And no, not in the fun way! Not only did we have a slam dunk case, which he said from the beginning, he failed to actually follow through retaining information and pursuing further. He just took the $$ and that was it.

He's a very personable lawyer. He answers his own phone and explains things in a way the common person understands. He is energetic, yet strategic, and best of all he follows through on his word! When there are few willing to fight the hard fight - real fighters stand up - and accept the challenges of arguing a legal case to the best of their ability - ALL IN!
