I went to Jim boatmen for a civil case, and I’m so happy that I did. Having never been to a layers office or being in court troubles, I was nervous and unknowable in this case. Mr Boatman and staff welcomed me with smiles, and from the start made sure I was at ease and comfortable. When I explained my case, Mr. Boatman was very informative, and strait to the point ( Which I like ) about the case at hand. He was caring and understanding. His knowledge and insight showed me everything was going to be fine. Everything went fast and easy and I was informed of everything as it happened. My wife and I are Local Business owners and had a Business contract dispute. After giving a previous attorney a large retainer and receiving what we felt was bad advise and in the end not being satisfied, we contacted this office and were introduced to Stephen Schahrer. He listened to our issue and agreed to review our case. Upon our review meeting, we found Stephen had devised a legal Strategy to help us and provided us with details. We agreed to go with his Strategy and provided him with what we felt was a very reasonable retainer. Further the determination of your case and if it should be a jury trial or a single opinion as a judge. Once you see these arguments as they will come together in real life allows you to make the proper decisions as the plaintiff or defendant in any case. Since most cases do not reach this point, the potential argument is critical in setting the perception of the opposing council long before you enter the costly expense as felt in the farther progression in the case. Stephen sees the argument in advance, understands the law and presents it to you for a clarity that allows you to either take the risk or remove yourself from a case without an upside potential of your projected benefit. If he does not know, he will seek the advice. Large fees for the legal team’s education are not a path I ever would suggest. This is not Stephen’s approach.

If a attorney who is committed To the FL Bar tells You to Do Something in exchange for reimbursement of funds that he was suppose to pay and then laughs when you ask for the money. Is that honesty from a person who claims to be so religious using god as a sales gimmick. Think twice.

the reason he has all five star reviews just because they're bogus this man took $40,000 of my money to fight a trust case and only thing I got back from it was a piece of paper showing I paid for his new office and all his expenses the man is a charlatan and if you go to him you will not be happy. I had such a bad experience that I literally have an aversion to lawyers and if sustained injuries and not sought legal help because I had such a disgusting experience with this individual. and boatman if you disagree with any of this you know who I am and I'm sure you could get ahold of me very easily.
