Over 25 years of using Ross Title and Escrow, including more than 10 closings with my wife and I. Great company, and they all care!!!

Canadian buyer, purchased a "Turn Key" Property. This company performed the closing as expected no problems. However, after we came down, we found the property was missing some of items shown in the real estate pictures. The first 4 calls I left messages for a return call to the person who worked on the file. On 4th call was advised that Mr. Ross was out of town for a few days. I called back 9 days later and left another message. Finally called Mr. Ross directly and left a voice mail on his personal extension, and it's been three (3) weeks and still no reply. Not sure if it's because we're Canadian, or because they are too busy and are not interested in follow-up support. Will contact Canadian Lawyer for support at this point. Okay for standard closings, BUT do not expect any AFTER closing help.
