I worked with Ms. Gartzke on my recent divorce. Although a difficult experience to go through, I found her to be compassionate, understanding and a skilled listener. I felt well represented and had confidence in her skills and knowledge of the law. She made sure I understood every option available to me and left no stone unturned. I would highly recommend her.

Deborah was a great attorney to work with. I really appreciated her transparency and professionalism. Deborah has extensive law knowledge and works your case from start to finish. She works alone and doesn't seem to take on more cases than she can handle. Always available and answers calls and emails swiftly. She's firm when she needs to be and has a great temperament to deal with lawyers who can be "challenging" to say the least. Deborah has been very helpful throughout our process of probate for my brother-in-law who passed last year. Not only has she been prompt and professional in dealing with our affairs. My family found Deborah through the Naples, FL public court to use as a probate lawyer after my mother passed away. Our case was not straightforward, and none of the four of us children knew how to muddle through the various steps after someone passes away. Not only did Deborah take the time to patiently explain exactly what we would need and answer our many questions, she also had suggestions for who to go to in the rare case that she didn't know an answer. I would absolutely use her again, and recommend her services to anyone.

OMG! This was the hardest thing that happened in my life I was separated from my daughter for 3 months because the dad basically kidnapped my daughter. I didn't know what to do because we were so far away and I didn't know how to hire and attorney that will take my case seriously and being able to fight my case and win it. What can I say about Deborah.. She is 100% amazing, when I first met with her in May of 2016 it was a scary moment for me, because I was getting ready to fight a battle that I was not ready for.
