i interviewed a couple of large law firms in Naples and I did not feel that I would be getting the personal representation as I would with a smaller law firm. As a result, I interviewed with Attorney Joseph Patrick Jameson. After my initial consultation I knew I found my attorney to represent me in my Divorce. I owned investment properties and a business. After a long drawn out divorce by my ex-wife I was extremely pleased with how Attorney Jameson handled my divorce proceedings and I would recommend him to represent you! Mr. Jameson walked me through the process of divorce with a minor child. He was prompt in his replies and edits to the required paperwork. He offered advice on certain matters surrounded the divorce, as well. He is very knowledgeable about the laws pertaining to divorce with minor children in the state of Florida.

Mr. Jameson prepared my Will as well as my Durable Power of Attorney Hippa and Advance Directive documents. Mr. Jameson's kind and confident manner helped me realize having these documents prepared and in place was for my benefit as well as my family. He quickly had the documents prepared with the information given to him and were signed and filed. As a widow, I found his professional and efficient manner helped considerably and felt relieved that this matter is no longer a concern. In another legal matter Mr. Jameson gave legal guidelines and recommendation that helped settle the matter quickly and no further legal action necessary, I have recommended Mr. Jameson to family and friends needing an attorney with positive feedback.

I was referred to Mr Jameson from a local individual. He was expeditious in setting up an initial consultation so we could meet and discuss my situation before I had to return to my home state. He continued to work with me long distance by phone and email for more than one year. He was very personable and quick to respond to my questions and concerns and keep me informed of the processes.

Mr. Jameson helped me with a step-parent adoption for my daughter. He worked with us and took care of all the document preparation and submissions to the court. He advised us on work we could do ourselves to manage the cost. Even though he worked on a flat-fee basis rather than hourly, he responded quickly every time we called or emailed with questions.
