My wife and I located this young lawyer in the Naples phone book. He was the second lawyer we interviewed and immediately felt he was well capable of fulfilling our needs. He rewrote both our WILLS from back in 1989 and brought these up to the current law. We periodically required Amendments to be added to these documents and Brandon did an excellent job with all, providing us with needed advice. He was extremely competent, well mannered and patient with us. Both of us recommend him highly. His office personnel were professional and very gracious to us.

It was indeed a pleasure to work with Mr. Bytnar. Not only did he thoroughly examine my existing estate planning, but he researched details and advised me in an informative and personable way. Mr. Bytnar took a personal interest in my circumstances, and always had a smile and a warm yet professional demeanor. This was evident even during followup questions months later. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer.

Brandon assisted me with a situation where a financial adviser illegally converted over half of a trusts assets to products that paid him commission. Mr. Bytnar's help was extremely important and he will always have my gratitude. Anyone who is a beneficiary of a "Credit Shelter Trust" that is governed by Florida law would be smart to review Florida Statue 736.0802. It is a relatively new law, and it allows previously prevented conflicts of interest to be inflicted upon the unwary for any trust agreement that becomes irrevocable on or after July 1, 2007. My father's trust agreement became irrevocable long before July 1, 2007. This means the financial adviser was required to request permission from all qualified beneficiaries before investing in products that paid him commission, but nothing like that happened. The adviser converted the majority of assets to Tax Deferred Variable Annuities. The Annuities have no guarantee of Tax Deferral as a result of being held by a non-grantor trust. The fees were multiplied several times over. And the trustee took numerous steps to keep things hidden from my elderly mom and the rest of my family. The adviser bought the annuities from himself, and in the process, made some tremendous commissions illegally Brandon was on top of things right from the get - go.

Mr. Brandon Bytnar has represented my wife and I for the past 2 years in all areas of estate planning including irrevocable life insurance trusts, revocable living trusts, wills, living wills and the designation of our healthcare surrogates. We have found him to be knowledgeable, trustworthy, very detailed in his explanation of the intricacies of Florida and Federal estate laws, helpful in designing our various trusts so that they will execute our estate plans the way we wish. It’s too bad so many people I know haven’t made their estate plans yet. I always recommend Mr. Bytnar to them.
