I’d like to thank all the staff at Cardinal law for their wonderful treatment of my mom. My mom was involved in A Car accident in Naples and I was referred to Cardinal Law by my sister in law. They were always available for every question and concern. A special thanks to Gerta who handled our case. She was on top of every single aspect of everything. We never had to worry about anything. I just signed the settlement I will be receiving for an accident I was involved in. The staff of Cardinal Law took care of everything. All I had to do was answer questions about the accident and provide photos of the location where it took place. Cardinal Law took over my correspondence from the medical professionals who cared for my injury. Eric showed persistence with an insurance company to make sure they were responding to all the correspondence they were sent. The staff of Cardinal Law inquired about who was responsible for the area where the accident happened and pursued all the parties that proved to be responsible. Due to the professionalism and thoughtful demeanor of Gerta, head of the Personal Injury Department, one of the parties responsible (after they had claimed no responsibility) did further research, found that they were indeed responsible, and contacted her to say they were mistaken and she should submit the demand to them. Personal Injury can sometimes be a very difficult to address. But somehow Gerta and the Team do an amazing job at dealing with all different PI Clients with a great deal of Empathy, at what sometimes these cases could mean the loss of a loved one .
