The atmosphere of the office is clean, peaceful, welcoming, and not intimidating. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The office is set up to ensure confidentiality and prompt service. Communication was always clear, reliable, and predictable. I always felt informed of the progress of my case. I received prompt responses and resources for all of the questions I had so that I could make informed decisions. The billing was fair and ethical. The firm was flexible during a pandemic and that was very helpful. Finding a law firm that puts families first was very important to me. I can’t overstate how impressed and relieved I am to have found a firm to represent and guide me through this process for the best outcome that puts my children first. Attorney DeSalvo and Paralegal Angela were wonderful! They kept me up to date through this process, answered any questions I had, and made sure we looked at things with a long term perspective. Working through a quarantine many businesses have closed or are just plain not responsive. Family First has been outstanding, 9/10 times response is within a couple hours, but always within one day. With the thought and contemplation that went into my case I believe I will not have to work with an Attorney again but if the need arises Family First would be my first call.

I used them to help me with a divorce. And at such a trying time for me, they helped me feel empowered and knowledgeable. They were my backbone through the whole process. I searched for a divorce attorney for over a month. I spoke with Megan many times and she was always happy to talk to me at no charge which was amazing. Other law firms would not even speak without charging. Presley was great and basically talked me through the entire process. She did not sugar coat things and at times I wish that she could have but was professional and responsive. I am happy with the outcome and the fact that it is all over with now. I can’t say enough WONDERFUL things about this family!! Unfortunately I began my awful divorce journey with a previous attorney in Naples, and was sadly misrepresented and felt their main priority was money. Then Alex & his team came highly recommended!
