I just wanted to say thank you to both Kelsey and Megan for being rock stars and helping me keep my sanity during my divorce. They were both very efficient, very candid and voices of reason! They both checked in with me and made sure I was up to speed with everything going on. They made this process much easier and I highly recommend them both and Family First. This is the best family law firm in SWFL, hands down! I had a very difficult high conflict divorce against a narcissistic (now ex) wife. The family first team was with me every step of the way, and we wound up winning in every hearing, and they got me the best possible settlement outcome! The team at Family First Legal was my first choice for representation for my divorce and although you never expect or want to be in this situation; their team helped me through every stage in the process. Megan's bio initially stood out to me because she is also a mother and was described by her team as mama bear. Megan consistently kept my infant son's best interest in mind and I had no problem trusting her to be my voice when I was too overwhelmed. Even when Megan was out of the office in court; the entire legal team ensured that another lawyer was available in a moment's notice to step in and keep things moving (even the owner of the firm). Brittany was an excellent resource and communicator throughout my process!! She was always responsive and kind when dealing with my 1000s of questions. Annette was also very responsive, and the entire team as a whole was reliable, kind, understanding, and efficient.

Just got my final email today that my case has been adopted by the court and all the work that Jacob Barrett and Tonia Wilson put into modifying my order, with my sons father, has now been approved!! It’s been a stressful process for myself and they took it all off my shoulders and eased my mind once they got involved! I’m so thankful to have came across Attorney Peterson and his amazing group of lawyers and paralegals at this office!!
