Daniel is the best criminal law attorney I have ever worked with. From our first meeting, he explained everything to me in terms I could easily understand and was always very responsive when I had questions outside of our meetings. He has a great app where you can upload documents sign papers even if your not present in person and get answer right away, basically he is there 24/7 with you all the way. I got my DUI case resolved for the best it could have. I truly recommend and trust Daniel with any case now and future. We had an unfortunate situation, we obtained a different attorney (a large, well-known Naples firm beginning with an M). That firm was a scam and did subpar work. We reached out to Dan Cavanaugh after receiving virtually no change in our case. Dan Cavanaugh was a God send for my husband and our family. He kept his word every step of the way, had extraordinary communication and fought for our case. He had our case plead down to the bare minimum.
