Attorney Gary Green Of Sam Saad Law office did an amazing job of obtaining our $40,000 escrow deposit which was in dispute. Holders of our deposit were obstinate and very unresponsive. But Attorney Green was diligent and unrelenting in allowing us to lose any funds !
