Mr. Sam Saad and Associates are the best. I had a terrible realtor. Mr. Saad and staff addressed the problem areas and closed my house in record time. I cannot say enough about Sam Saad, Attorney, Kristen Kokinda, Licensed Title Agent and Amy Saad, Office Facilitator.
I would highly recommend Mr. Sam Saad and Paradise Coast Title Company when selling or buying a house.

In 2010,I was going through the real estate nightmare like so many others
Feeling so overwhelmed by my situation, I got my first lawyer. He didn't want to hear my story.Another nightmare ,he was. And rude.
