Experience was great helped me resolve an issue where I was trying to be taken advantage of by a rental apartment company. Extremely responsive and professional. Could tell wanted to see the best for. 4 years later they were still responsive when I needed details and specifics again from the case, since the rental company did not note I had a lawyer working on this problem.

I would give zero stars if possible. The offices of Sam Saad are some of the most rude, unprofessional individuals my family has ever worked with. They turned the process of simple property title transfer into a nightmare! This office is incapable of working with 21st century technology (DocuSign) and their printed documents are recycled templates that our notary had to make multiple correction, to the point of almost refusing to notarize those documents. Amy Saad specifically hung up on multiple conversations with my family members. Moreover, the office refused to speak with our real estate agent, thus creating more issues and confusion. They even went so far as accusing my wife of impersonating herself over the phone. The kicker was when we were told by this office (Amy) that a pandemic was not going and everything “has been okay in Florida since March.” Because of their incompetence and lack of attention to detail, this process took months longer than necessary (original closing in early July versus actual closing the last day of September). Do yourself a favor, find another office to work with! UPDATE: Again, my family very recently dealt with your office, and I do not need to provide names. Clearly, you did not read the context of my original review.

Sam, Gary, and Shirlene are all wonderful and very professional. The law firm is the best I have ever worked with. Shirlene is fantastic, and does a wonderful job keeping me informed and up to date. I would recommend the firm to anyone looking for top notch professionals.
