I was injured in a car accident and went to Scott McPherson because his office is close. This is a lawyer who will spend time with you and answer questions. Before my deposition he prepared me for what to expect. My case reached a settlement and I was very happy with the results. Scott asked if I would leave a review and I am happy to and I would recommend him for anyone injured.

I was involved in a car accident 2 years ago and I was not even sure how to go about handling the situation, but one thing I did remember was Attorney Scott McPherson law office building around the corner from where I lived. It must have been mere fate because after Scott and his staff went to work on my case miracles started to happen and when it was all said and done I was so thankful and tearfully overjoyed with the outcome. I would strongly recommend Mr Scott mcpherson for anyone involved in a car accident where they feel that they're not sure what choices to make or whom to choose to take the case this lawyer in my book tops all the others in the Tampa Bay area when it comes to fairness and justice.

Mr. McPherson advised me what he thought would be a reasonable settlement when we started negotiations with the insurance company, but got me more then that when the case was over. Great attorney and good people!!!

The case took a little longer than I had hoped, but my anxiety was relieved by the excellent communication from Scott and Lauren. Scott told me to be patient because if I could hang in there a while longer, it would help him do better in negotiations. He delivered BIG TIME! I learned it pays to listen to your attorney!!
