I was facing serious criminal charges and have never been in trouble before. I must admit I was nervous and felt like my life was over. I contacted Attorney Foote on a Saturday evening after bonding out of jail and was able to speak to him personally. Right from the start he put my mind at ease and explained the whole process. He took time and walked me through the best and worst case scenarios and listened to the facts of my case. I knew I was innocent and Attorney Foote stood by me. I'm a real person with real problems. I never thought about needing a lawyer except in extreme circumstances so when something out of the ordinary happened and now I was faced with court proceedings and legal papers I was unsure of which way to turn. Unlike my previous attorney, Mr. Foote was available to me to my case even on weekends and after hours if needed. This is not only unheard of with many other attorneys but can not only be very helpful to my case but actually turned out to be crucial during times of urgent matter(s) or even when something not as pressing was occurring. When Mr. Foote took on my case he literally hit the ground running and has not stopped since. He has accomplished what other attorneys told me would be impossible. Having Mr. Foote and his very capable highly proficient and compassionate staff on my case has been like not only having The Hybrid of Attorneys for a Family Law Case. Mr. Foote is not only very knowledgable but unlike other attorneys of his caliber, he actually remembers the facts and details, sometimes even the smallest of details that can be helpful to the case. With Mr. Foote as my attorney its been like having a caring, compassionate, and empathetic trusted friend on your case as he seems to have a real and vested interest in seeing a good outcome for his client(s). Mr. Foote and his staff were available on a Saturday evening to answer my questions and calm my fears. Although I was a nervous wreck, Mr. Foote explained the process step by step. Although the charges were false, I went through weeks of anxiety. After hiring Mr. Foote as my attorney, I returned to my everyday life. He kept me informed every step of the way and eventually got all charges dismissed. He even helped me expunge my record. I totally recommend him and his caring staff.
