I had the need for an Attorney to represent me in an accident case where my front teeth were knocked out and the accident was not my fault but the insurance company did not want to pay, of course!! Chuck is well known in our community so we didn't even consider going to anyone else. He was, is and has become a Business Associate and Friend and if I could rate him higher I would, amazing Attorney, amazing Person!! I liked Sarah the first time we met. Sarah always explained everything to me and what was always involved as we went thru my process for 2 yrs. Sarah always had faith things would work out. When we met and I finally received a hearing date Sarah said no worries we got it. Low and Behold on August 22 we met at my hearing.Of course I was nervousand Sarah said to me relax and no worries. When it was done the Judge stated your Lawyer will give you my answer when you walk out of this room. We exited and Sarah said "you were just awarded full disability" I almost fell over. It would not have happened without her. Sarah worked diligently with me throughout my whole case. I highly recommend Sarah.

I was in need of a lawyer to represent me during my Social Security Administration appeal process. After my wife and I met Sarah, I was put at ease with her professional detailed explanation of the process I faced. She did not sugar coat anything and was very realistic about future events and time frames. She made herself available for constant updates and we communicated as often as necessary during my case. I am extremely grateful I was referred to Charles Philip’s to help manage my insurance claims after I was a victim in a car accident. I was rear ended by a large rental van that then pushed my truck into the car in front of me causing extensive damage to both the rear and front of my truck, which was just over a year old with less than 20k miles. After my insurance agent told me to file a claim with the insurance company of the man who rear ended me, I was told that my frame needed replaced thus my new truck would be totaled and I would be given an amount no where near the value of my truck. So, I then tried to file a claim through my own insurance and was told I couldn’t use my own coverage since I had already filed a claim with the other company. I was stuck in a position where I was about to lose my truck and be given about $15k less than its value. I consulted with Charles a few days before I was about to sign the documents to total my truck and this was the best choice I ever made. He talked me through every step of the process and helped me understand how both insurance companies were basically screwing me. I gave Charles’ firm permission to speak on my behalf and shortly afterward I was told that my truck would be fixed and remain under warranty. I could not be happier with how Charles and his team took care of everything and walked me through what was going on, they also were very friendly and contacted me with weekly updates and follow ups to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Charles and his team, I know if I get in another accident they will be my first call.
