I was incredibly fortunate to be represented by Attorney Philips, and his staff are just as wonderful. Almost two years ago I almost lost my 53 year old husband in a near fatal motorcycle crash. It was what you read about every day - an elderly man turned in front of him and my husband hit the passengers side of his car. While in the ICU with him, I realized right away that we needed a lawyer, as the at fault drivers insurance adjuster was showing up wanting to talk to us already. My husband wasn’t even aware yet of what had happened to him!! Thank God we found Sarah Raaymakers. Her and her legal assistant, Casey Wilson, came to his room and talked us through everything - telling us what we needed to do and what to expect. They were available anytime we needed them and kept us updated on a regular basis. When you are doing all you can to keep your husband alive, and then out of the wheelchair and walking again - the last thing you need to be worrying about is all the medical bills and auto insurance issues. They took ALL of this off my plate so that I could focus on his care - both physical and emotional. I honestly do not believe we would have gotten through all of this if we had hired any lawyer besides Sarah Raaymakers. She lets you know that you are her priority and she is going to work long and hard to take care of you. Sarah and Casey were a true blessing and we will be eternally grateful for all of their help. It's not always the best or easiest experience trying to find that one Attorney for that specific situation, especially the ones with the willingness to fight for their clients and who empathizes with them, but in this case I had the whole firm :) nothing but amazing people, who sincerely loves, and enjoys what they do for those injured. Going above and beyond approach handling such cases. For 3 years I've been a client and I must say from my first contact to now, they're always professional and pleasant, even on worst days, from medical appointments to pt, they knew how to approached the situation making everything light. Judi is an amazing Paralegal, very respectful and responsive. Kathie and Katie, both are lovely receptionists. I was never left feeling unsure or uneasy concerning information about my case at all. Judi was always available ( call or email) she's getting back to you and if not right away, you always had the opportunity to speak with Kathie or Katie, who were also always willing to help as much as possible once they were able too.
