Highly recommend. I had a lawsuit from a creditor that they handled and were able to have completely dropped. I didn’t have to pay anything or show up in court. They had it resolved within a week.

Good luck getting anywhere with the secretary, she doesn’t comprehend very much of anything. My initial and only call was all I needed to know I should seek counsel elsewhere.

I was being sued for outstanding credit debt and received a letter from Tierney saying he would do it pro Bono. I was cautious but after investigating I decided to go through with it. He won and my credit was retroactively restored. They counter sued in my name. I didn't see any of it but that was laid out clearly in the beginning when I signed up with Tierney. He did as promised and I got free representation and my bad credit wiped. I'm very happy with the outcome.

Talked to a paralegal named Jackie. She was very helpful and very responsive. She couldn't help with my particular issue as it is very unique but she was very knowledgeable and willing to try and assist in any way they could. This firm would be my first call if I ever need their services again.

Deserves zero stars! Firm uses scare tactics to get business. Assumes all clients are stupid because they have debt and treats them accordingly. Incredibly rude attorney (can't emphasize this enough), but polite receptionist. Go elsewhere.

My case didn't qualify for the free representation but to fee of $495 was well worth it! I was bring sued for about $4200 and my case was dismissed and the debt waived. I don't have to pay that back. Outstanding service with Mr. Tierney. One thing is that I never actually spoke with him but to be honest with the service of his secretary I never had to. Would definitely recommend this attorney."
