I can't recommend Taras and Tina enough. From the very 1st phone call to the end of the proceedings. We really felt they had our best interest at heart. Taras made they process simple for us, they followed up frequently so we would know how the case was progressing and we never felt out of the loop. If you need an attorney to fight for you against wrong doers in the area. Call Taras and Tina they will have your back. We were very happy with our results!

Wow, I can't say enough how much of a breath of fresh air Taras and Tina were! Right when we felt like we were almost completely down on our luck, we found them online and what a relief. Talk about a power team that will seriously do all that they can to help you out, they are very upfront with everything going on and what to plan for. Unfortunately, this isn't first rodeo or even second rodeo with buying a lemon car and I've lost thousands of dollars and months of time fighting for cars and fixing them. The price of my last lemon car (the car in this case) was much larger than my previous lemons and I decided to, one more time, take it to court in hopes that something would be different. The situation was familiar to my last lemons, but Taras assured me that I've never dealt with this case the way it should be dealt with. With disbelief, I moved on with the process and tried to follow Taras each step of the way and let me tell you; I'm not sure if it's the experience, profession, situation, or money at stake, but I have never dealt with a more competent and efficient individual in all of my experience with any professional. Taras kept me updated every step of the way in such a promptly manner that the entire time, it felt like I was his one and only client; his response times were faster than even some of my family members. Taras' explanations of the contracts, timeframes, and data needed to be collected was so clear that I exited every call and email knowing exactly what happened and what is to happen. Before I knew it, the case was won and came to a great close, seemingly effortlessly thanks to Taras. I cannot express my gratitude in just monetary compensation, so I want to recommend him like I've done to no other. I was lucky enough to have been referred to Taras and Tina by a good-guy used car dealer who wants to smudge the bad reputation which precedes used-car dealerships. Tina guided me from our first interaction and assured me that she understood my situation, and offered an introduction to the process that lay ahead. It was comforting to know that others had also been through this process and that Taras had helped them as well (Even working previously with the same dealership in a case he went on to win). After accepting my case, he told me that I could call him if I ever had any questions regarding my case. (I had many questions, and he answered every time, every question). I purchased the vehicle on the first week of October, and called Rudnitsky Law the next day. I was told that the process could be lengthy, but after diligent litigation and very hard work, Taras managed to reach a great settlement before December! A VERY large relief was raised off my shoulders, and I was lucky enough to get my money back and then some! Taras evaluated my case, gave honest feedback, and presented scenarios on how it would play out. It played out exactly how he predicted based on his experience. I went to get new carpet and salesman gave me a contract for an estimate. From the beginning all promised failed from the business part. After coming to measure the floors the salesperson told me the fees went up about 60% more of what it was agreed. I asked the salesman to cancel contract since then what I received was not a good faith estimate but the business refused and the owner had the odassity to demand I pay the rest of the bill. I had paid upon agreement $1500. I attempted to get my deposit back since the business has not given or provided anything to me. I started checking the google, yelp reviews and court records and the more I was digging I realized I was dealing with a very dishonest businness and business owner. I went to see several lawyers but they all thought $1500 was not worth to fight. Then I found out through the BBB their membership with them was suspended due to complaints. I found Taras and explained the situation to him. He took my case and from the beginning he worked not hard but "extremely hard" to get my deposit back. He fought it agressively more so because this bad business owner in Central Florida and his lawyer (the same one defending this dishonet practice) had no fear of fighting since they were so used to it. In addition, the business had filed for bankruptcy and this was not the first time. Taras went to all the hearings and kept me informed of all the details of the process. He is a good example of attorney and did not take this case for the money but for the desire to make justice. He is indeed a unique attorney and his wife who helps him is also a compassionate and wonderful human being. If you feel scammed by a business get a hold of Taras Rudnitsky. He does fight for the consumers! He was able to get my deposit back even though he got very little to nothing for his services. I will always be grateful I had him on my side!

Let me start by saying that Taras is a tremendous lawyer! I bought a vehicle from an auto repair shop. The owner of the shop himself sold it to me and said that everything was working great. Long story short i bought a used car on February 28,2020.The car turned out to be Lemmon i return the car to the dealership at car connection on monday march 2,2020 the dealership refused to return my money.
