Mr. Weinstock was representing me in a divorce case. He failed not only to represent me but to follow through and I am yet again going to court to fix his mistakes. I am not happy with his representation and do not recommend him to anyone. I have hired another lawyer and will correct what he failed to do as a lawyer and my representation.

Mr. Weinstock was very blunt with me the entire case and told me like it was, without any candy coating and backed it up with case law and statutes. Great understanding of the laws and won't try to sugar coat anything. Practice is very relaxed feeling and very comfortable.

Handled my divorce and child support issues very effectively. He was able to get me all that I asked for - and more!

I should have known not to take this guy seriously when he took a picture of me before I walked out. Not sure if this is standard practice or not, but I really don't think so. During mediation he was in the room MAYBE 5 minutes out of the entire hour. The kicker was, there was a hearing with the judge and he told me it wasn't necessary for me to be there. The day of the hearing he called me 5 minutes BEFORE it was to start asking me where I was! He told me afterwards the ex-wife wasn't present but when I saw the court transcripts she testified. No surprise that he didn't use ANY of the information that I gave him. The ex wife and I ended up coming to our own agreement $3500.00 later and he did nothing!
