В первый раз я обратилась к Дмитрию Филимонову, когда мне нужно было продление срока пребывания на территории США. Второй раз Дмитрий работал над моим кейсом по замужеству с гражданином США. Наш кейс был очень осложнен налоговой декларацией моего супруга, в которой был представлен недостаточный годовой доход. Был объемный запрос о предастовлении дополнительных финансовых документов. Дмитрий нашел решение этой непростой проблемы без привлечения спонсора. По его совету я сделала оценку своего имущества в Росии и этот документ был принят. В результате все прошло гладко, быстро и вчера мы успешно прошли собеседование и получили одобрение на гринкарту. High professionalism and knowledge. For quite a long time we have been thinking about expanding our family business into USA markets but were unsure how to be able to legally work and conduct business there. Would like to thank Dmitry Filimonov for offering great advice on my options as a US student who is in need of taking maternity leave while maintaining my form I-20 active. Очень доволен работой с адвокатом Филимоновым. Изначально не было четкого понимания как вести бизнес с моим партнером в США, хотел переехать к нему сюда, в Америку, с Украины. В результате нашли приемлемое решение, сделать визу Е-2 как инвестору. Все понравилось: быстро, четко, профессионально... Заплатил большую часть гонорара вперед и боялся что адвокат перестанет тщательно работать по кейсу, выходить на связь. I have turned to Mr. Filimonov’s advise on several occasions relating to questions I have had with regards to my parents’, ex spouse and daughter’s immigration options and matters. Very last time I asked Dmitry to prepare the Form I-90 to renew my daughter’s green card. The work was done very professionally, i.e., without asking too much questions, in a very short period of time and in a very affordable manner.
