My husband and I were having a terrible time with our homeowners insurance after making a claim for damage sustained to our roof during a storm. We were nervous about the thought of litigating against them and the potential outcomes that could arise. Our insurance company dragged their feet and were able to benefit from all of the delays that came from the COVID pandemic. Mrs. Chavin and everyone at the CMS law firm were amazing. They eased all of our concerns and did a great job explaining the process to us novices. The team anticipated the actions that the insurance company would take in an effort to avoid payment and strategized a plan that led to a successful resolution.
