My son was involved in a a car accident (3/9/2024) where the other party was at fault. However, my vehicle coverage was expired at the time and the at fault party was "Progressive Insurance". Progressive was trying to hold the 80/20 no fault statue against my son for not being insured and only wanted to pay 20% of his hostpital bill. The policy limit was only $10,000 and the responsible party caused my vehicle to be totaled. Fast forward I reached out to this firm and spoke with Nick Constantinidis. Nick was amazing gave me insight on how the law works and informed me what was going on. He also gave me a callback even though the case wasn't worth his firm taking on(I realized this) he was kind enough to converse with the Adjuster over at Progressive (whom appeared to be very stern on what she would offer my son for his BI claim). Let's just say, I received a call the next day offering the entire policy limit. I really appreciate Nick for speaking to the adjuster on my behalf to gain clarity of the matter. I really appreciate this firm they are honest and they aren't just out to make money off your situation. They really help the people. I have them locked in for any future events.
