I recommend that you not do it as Per Se or on your own as I intended however after speaking with Mr. Brooks he assured me the process was more than just paperwork. I trusted him and he really did an exceptionally awesome job for me. Mr. Brooks assigned Danay Machado Senior Paralegal who listened andexplained the process. I was very upset because I should not be in this position being railroaded Tudor Cay Condominium Association. However it was nothing the law firm could do about that but as lawyer representing me. It was the best possible outcome. My credit score increased significantly afterwards. I must also mention Anoinet who is just great. Thank you Mr. Brooks, for your professional & excellent service, I got my Chapter 7 discharged today, & I'm very pleased with the outcome.

Please do not go to this law firm. They're liars, and absolutely no communication. Their paralegal, Mayra is rude, disrespectful and has no idea how to communicate with the clientele that she's supposed to represent. After receiving my discharge, I still had creditors hounding me, because the firm did not do their due diligence. They put it back on me like I did something wrong. I got one of the creditors on the phone with the firm and of course she said that some there was still outstanding paperwork needed. The firm told me not to worry about anything and they'd take care of it. Fast forward 90 days and I'm still receiving bills saying that I still had an un paid balance. At this point I am beyond upset. Finally after receiving a call from Brooks himself, which happened on 3 occasions, which was to cover for their incompetency. Again absolutely no communication whatsoever. Then he tries telling me that they did what they were supposed to do and gave me some lawyer BS. Going through a bankruptcy is hard enough. But please save yourself some grief and CHOOSE ANOTHER ATTORNEY!

Stay away he hold me hostage with my case against Nissan for 5 months and counting he won't go forward even after Nissan approved the stelment and agreed to pay him his fee because I won't sign my part of the stelment to him . And I refused to do that because he tried to make sign a paper that said I have to pay him more than half off my money, he blocked me ( phone and email ) so I can't fire him, him and the lemon law group are scammer. Almost all the good reviews has only first name that means they are fake

Mr. Brooks Siegel is willing to go the extent to meet you , FaceTime, and even his team will answer the phone and try their best to connect. I have done business with him from Vero Beach he can meet you at an office in Sebastian. I normally won’t leave comments but I personally appreciate his business.

He is not a lawyer who will protect you, He's out for himself. Selfish fraud!! He employees lie and pretend to want to help you in your time of need, But its all a lie and once you sign with him they get you. I would avoid him and all of his companies as most google reviews are lies and properly paid for. I lost my case and was charged when i was told i would not own anything.
