My father passed away in 2018 and left me devastated. While I ended up securing a recovery from his wrongful death thanks to Mike Rotundo's hard work, what was even more important was that I never felt alone in the process. Michael Rotundo was my lawyer in this process but he's also an inspiration. Our meetings, whether they were by phone, zoom, or in person, were always substantive, informative, and enlightening. He never talked down to me. And he's relentless in his style and in his drive to get the right result. This is an attorney who I can definitely say is changing the world for the better. I'm proud and honored to have worked with him.

Not impressed with Michael Rotondo or the firm. They do not respond timely to emails or other requests. After two months of chasing them for updates, I dropped them. He always had excuses on the lack of responses, and when he did say he would call, nothing !!

Two years ago, my 49 year old wife died at a nursing home north of Orlando. I called one attorney, they later rejected it. I even sent a request to a nationwide injury attorney on billboards, refused. So, I asked one here in Orlando, she said they no longer do malpractice/wrongful death, so she referred me to this firm. While I was getting ready to send them an intro, I received an e-mail from Mr Dean, essentially saying "let's do this!" They prepared me for every painful step, and in the end, we settled for less than I wanted (I wanted over $100k) but it was good enough. I tell anyone in FL if they have a malpractice injury or death to contact them!

I don’t like the initial call from the lawyer. He was snappy and rude. I was referred to this firm and I was not welcomed warm. I didn’t even get a call back at all after several calls. Me and my family really thought we would get the help we needed. We’ve been through enough already. The other firm was confident that they would be the best people to help but after my interaction today I’ll look elsewhere. Thanks

I am happy I chose a firm that specializes in elderly abuse because they knew how to handle every bit of my case. I always felt prepared and comfortable working with Nicole, the staff was great, and the office is beautiful. Definitely recommend this firm.
