Disappointed my case has been pending for about 3years now and I haven’t heard any update from my case worker. When I call the office I can never speak to any of the lawyers, they always say they are busy and will call me back later but I never receive the call ! This is ridiculous & unprofessional !

I hired Marian Kennady, bar # 379580 on August 19, 2021. She was supposed to dispute fees that my condo association claimed I owned, and to get me all the documentation regarding an emergency special assessment, which was at the root of these fees. I paid her a retainer of $2500. I made it clear at our initial consultation that I intended to take the association to court, so I would be able to recover my attorney fees. She never filed anything on my behalf, I never received the account information on the assessment, and then she finally dropped out of the case all together. She stated I was due a partial refund, but to date I have not received it. She claims she spent 5.3 hours on my case, but has not sent me any explanation what she did in that time, even though I've made multiple requests. After she dropped my case, my condo association filed a foreclosure against me, and I was forced to hire another attorney.

Very disappointed with the way my case has been handled so far the paralegal Mr Kent seems very unorganized and like nothing gets done on the case unless I call the office first hopeful that things will get better and I can change this review well update still nothing was done and now im being sent a consent to withdraw without even so much as a phone call I wouldn't recommend this firm to my worst enemy JOHN B.
