I first met Marty Hoffman and John Agnetti around 1990. I have been represented on more than a couple of occasions by both Marty and John. Both attorneys have been successful every time they signed on a case for not only me, but also my wife and my son, all on separate occasions and individual cases. I have referred a few friends since the first time they represented me and they were successful on every case I referred them. They have a 100% track record with me and everyone I’ve referred. As far as accessibility to them, I received a call from Marty at 11pm on a Friday night on his way to the airport as a hurricane was bearing down on South Florida so he was able to catch up with me and I could get him up to speed on how things had gone earlier in the day. He also stayed in contact with me while out of town. I’ve never had an attorney stay in touch the way he has. He’s given me the option of getting a case settled quickly in a time of financial need and did better than I expected in a short time frame. I had approached Michael Hoffman in the midst of a major transition in our book publishing business and required legal advice as to how to contractually and monetarily make proper transfer of business ownership. Mr. Hoffman was methodical, explanatory and gave all the time needed with our accountant to ensure that all parties understood and were happy with the contractual obligations. This all happened during the midst of the early stages of lock-downs during the pandemic, yet Mr. Hoffman promptly scheduled virtual meetings between all parties and ensured all notarizations were taken care of at safe distances. He paid full attention to each sides requests, was inquisitive, and creative in ensuring all sides left the table as happy people. From the initial consultation with Mr. Martin Hoffman, I knew I was in good hands. My attorney was Mr. John Agnetti because it was a divorce case. John is a compassionate and highly competent attorney. He and his staff were very responsive, not just to me as the client, but also to the court with filings. I am a paralegal; I KNOW lawyers. Early on in the case, I was so impressed with John that I asked his office for business cards so I could give them to our clients, or anyone, in need of a family law referral. The divorce took a little over two years, but I could not have asked for a better outcome and I owe all of that to John. I hope I never have to go through another divorce, but if I do, I'm calling John.

From the initial consult I could tell our case was going to be handled by an attorney who knew what he was doing. What I did not imagine was how quickly and efficient the case was resolved. The secretaries are on top of the game and whenever I made a call to the office, I received status and updates on the matter promptly. I am extremely satisfied with their service and definitely recommend this law office to anyone looking for competent lawyer service.

This is absolutely the worst firm that I have ever done business with...unresponsive doesn't even describe their service. It's just pure and simple neglect. My accident was in June of 2019! And unless I call and follow-up I get no kind of news on my case. Zero Zip. John Agnetti was quick to come to our house and sign us up immediately and since then it's been crickets. I've complained and advocated to please just get back to me and they could care less. I'm sure they'll laugh this bad review off as that is how little they care. What a mistake.
