I would not recommend this attorney. He was sued by Tree Lake HOA for LEGAL MALPRACTICE . Not only that but he has also had several default judgements against him. Research your lawyer before wasting your time and money. A good education goes a long way…Barry University law school accepts over 60% of applicants.

Larry Cortez is an utterly despicable attorney who shamelessly deceives honest, hardworking people. As a fellow attorney, I am appalled that such a disgraceful individual is allowed to practice law.

It took over a month to get response from Larry Cortez on request for payoff letter. Very unresponsive. After receiving the payoff letter and paying requested amount directly to bank account specified it took another month to release a lien. Not recommended, beware.
