My experience with this group was horrendous and I found them to be highly disorganized and extremely unprofessional. The fragmented approach of doing business where the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing while refusing to take responsibility for their actions and blaming the customer is highly troublesome. I would not even give one star if that was an option.

I have recently worked with Patty Rydzewski at Cohen Norris, for a few real estate loan closings. Patty is the most professional person I know. She covered all the details of the closing, explained what would be signed and answered all the questions I had at that time. Patty came to my office to do my closing because I was unable to leave my office. I would recommend Patty and the Cohen Norris team to anyone looking for a smooth loan closing. Great job Patty and thank you for all that you did for me.

Have had the pleasure of working with Cohen Norris several times. I have no hesitation referring them for Title Services or using them again myself if necessary. I have mostly dealt with Patty and she has always been friendly and responsive. 5 stars!

I had Mr. Jonathan Berkowitz and his firm Cohen Norris oversee the legal aspects of some real estate transactions. I was very impressed and comforted by the breadth and depth of his knowledge and experience. He was quick to point out potential issues that may not have been readily apparent to most laypersons (and many lawyers). His insights proved very valuable. 5 star plus recommendation!

I used this office because my realtor recommended that we use them and she was right!! Phones were answered friendly and helpful. Then, I was fortunate enough to have Suzanne M. prepare my closing documents. She was always there for me, went above and beyond and calmed me down. She handled snags that came up with ease and was super efficient. I highly recommend this office and be sure to ask for Suzanne😊😊
