My husband and I had the opportunity to work with Ms. Grogan and Mr. Shenkman on the potential purchase of a piece of property. I was advised very expertly on how to negotiate with the sellers by Ms. Grogan and then worked with Mr. Shenkman on the contract. He was very professional and knew every detail on an assessment on the property and was able to get us answers that we were not able to get ourselves. Mr. Shenkman handled our closing for us in 2015. Everyone at Smith, Gaskill, and Shenkman including Mr. Shenkman himself was very hands on, friendly, and helpful. They communicated everything effectively and made sure we were always informed of what was going on. It was a beautiful memory for our family selling our first home and Mr. Shenkman and the firm are the reason we were able to enjoy the moment and not stress. We are so thankful and will absolutely be both using them and referring them again and again!

Lets face it. Attorneys are hard to trust. Daniel breaks the mold. We use his firm for everything we do. Im sure there are other great attorneys but this guy is definately one of them.

I have worked with many attorneys and Daniel is heads above the rest. He truly knows insurance claim law in regards to property damage like the back of his hand. If he does not know he always has some one in his professional network who has expertise in the field of law we need to know about. Dan has not only been a great attorney who has fought on my behalf he is also a very nice guy and good person which is what sets him apart.
