Professional, thoughtful, Several years ago, upon a friend’s recommendation, my wife and I met with Mitch Kitrosser to discuss the creation of reciprocal wills, revocable trusts and related estate documentation (living wills, health care proxies, powers of attorney). He was a delight to work with. During our initial consultation he listened patiently to what we were looking for and asked some pointed questions that had us think about our needs. That discussion formed the basis of a clear set of documents which Mitch carefully discussed with us at a subsequent meeting. His fees were quite reasonable and we were quite pleased. Flash forward three years later and a number of changes had to .be made to our documents. A more modest work effort but no less important. Mitch and his team followed through professionally, expeditiously and thoughtfully - again at a reasonable fee. We unconditionally endorse Mitch Kitrosser and his firm.

Mitch took an initial consult with me and my family as we plan to relocate from NJ to FL. He spent time answering questions and reviewing FL laws around Medicaid and elder care in general. Didn't charge us anything. The conversation was enlightening and invaluable. Will work with him in the near future.

Mitch Kitroser was my parents’ estate planning attorney and later Elder lawyer for many years. He and his firm provided excellent guidance and support throughout.

This firm.files lawsuites about cases they nothing about. They misinform the court with lies. Thry schedule hearings withoit notifying opposing attorneys and they harass the people they sue by srnding them.letters and not their attorneys. They lie to other attorneys and tell them thst they are dismissing cases and they keep them active so the person they are suing doesnt respond. A real.sleaze bag firm.

In my opinion. Kathryn Nicole Lewis is a liar and theif from personal experience. Allegedly, her partners are as well. There are many people like me and James who also reviewed below taking the necessary steps to make sure this is put to a stop and Kathryn and anyone alike is held accountable for any inappropriate actions done in a court of law. Kathryn is allegedly robbing people blind and lying in court without any repercussions. She made several false inflammatory allegations against us. In my opinion, please steer clear of this place and every place alike. BE VIGILANT, and remember they all know each other so no one can be trusted. Update: Since they were so nice to respond. Kitroser and Associates in my opinion expoilted their clients (my mother's siblings) who hired them to take my disabled mother's and I home which was once my grandmother's home as well when she was alive and we took care of her for 15 years with little to no help from any family. When my grandmother died everyone appeared, magically. This firm made my mothers siblings believe there was money to take and that things were stolen that were not. Leaving them with, what I assume, to be big bill owed to the firm for nothing. You all are the expoilteters. How do you move to make a handicapped individual homeless? With lies. You will reap what you sew " Katie,"you liar and theif. These are not bad reviews. These are real reviews. CAN NOT BE TRUSTED!!! **No, I'm not a client. I'm a 25 year old granddaughter who sacrificed her childhood from 6 years old until 21 years old to help my mother care for my grandmother. I watched you lie and manipulate the system to get what you wanted, Kaitlyn. Then I watched you single handedly with strokes of a keyboard stress my mother out to develop new neuro condition on top of her disability because of the stress you caused. Now I care for her as well. This firm exploited my disabled mother by denying she even took care of her mother. My mother, a nurse, took very good care of my grandmother's health and finances. With what she had. I pray God has mercy on you all on judgment day because you all are shameless. God will judge, not me. You have mocked my faith openly in court, Kate kate, but you will find out God is real. But, one question, Nicole, how do you obtain documents you don't have access to legally? Illegally? All opinionated facts. Take that as you will.
