In today’s world of division and unrest, where it’s so easy to criticize everyone for everything, it’s my pleasure and really obligation, to write in the opposite direction about Mitchel Kitroser and his Kitroser, Lewis & Mighdoll Law Firm in North Palm Beach, Florida. Unfortunately I needed an attorney. Kitroser was recommended to me by a friend and I am glad he did. I was involved in what I believed to be a very complicated situation. I called Mr. Kitroser, made an initial appointment…and WOW, he blew me away! We sat in his conference room and he LISTENED. He took notes, he understood and saw I was stressed. We hadn’t spoken money, a retainer nor anything that would benefit him! He very calmly asked questions and offered opinions and possible solutions. Over time he and his firm were patient, honest, certainly trustworthy, and maybe best of all, NEVER promised anything he or they couldn’t or wouldn’t deliver. Not exactly the usual reputation attorneys have. The entire Kitroser, Lewis & Mighdoll Law Firm is (as far as I’m concerned) Nothing But Class! Trust Kitroser with your issues. If there is a solution, they WILL find it! They ARE a Big League - All Star, Hall of Fame Law Firm. Al Clark

If you are looking into this firm for anything concerning Guardianship, DO NOT DO IT. They represent Guardians who are taking advantage of the Elders and their families, the attorneys are actually controlling the Guardians for their financial benefit, and are doing most of the damage. One of the Guardians even told me they did not like what attorney Lewis was doing to my family. I later had to go all the way to the Governor's office to get some relief. In our case, attorney Lewis wrote her own narrative (nothing like the truth) and attacked me and my family. Causing us to lose everything financially, along with our physical health, I almost died in the Hospital on my child's Birthday, from extreme cortisol levels. We are finally going to see justice soon, but I had an impossible climb to get the correct law enforcement involved. Note to all: You have to get these cases outside of the Guardianship court with lawsuits or States help. In my opinion it's the "The Boys Club", I personally have never seen so much corruption and Civil rights violations in one division of court. The lawyers seem to love the power and have no off button when trying to get their way. Be safe everyone, and document every email or correspondence you have with Guardians or their lawyers... Update: After seeing the firms reply below, i thought i better give you the truth. After 2 DCF financial Investigations with local authorities involved, they said i did nothing wrong. Attorney Lewis started this fake narrative by telling the Judge that "They Knew in fact that (me) had a $70,000 check belonging to my mother". This was found to be a lie by Mrs. Lewis, just to remove me from my parents. Just to add insult to injury, Mrs. Lewis went on to illegally obtain Credit Card statements belonging to me and my father. She never got authorization via the courts to obtain these records, nor did she have any authority to do so. These credit cards were used by me and paid for by me every time, so how does me using them call for abuse. Can't wait to see this pan out in court. You may even see the Governer there if he accepts my request after our meeting. Guardianship corruption is about to be exposed on every level...

Ni se le ocurra poner en manos del abogado Kitroser su delicado caso. Como abogado conoce las leyes y sabe cómo engañar a sus clientes, prometiendo hacer incluso lo q usted no ha pedido ni necesita, pero que ante semejante oferta usted confía en que hará lo mejor por usted. Falso. Cuando tiene el dinero en su poder, inventa una excusa y sin previo aviso a su cliente, comunica a la Corte no ser más su defensor, argumentando que no afectará las partes. Obvio que a él no le afecta porque ya recibió el dinero suyo y a Ud lo deja desprotegido y sin dinero.

Beware! Kitroser will drop you like a hot potato and on a whim, once he realizes you can see through his incompetence and arrogance, and that he can't get any more money out of you. Robert Cote's and Kathleen E. reviews below show how dropping clients is his MO. That is, of course, after he has a hefty retainer in hand which he threatens to deplete even more if you don't agree to sign his motion to withdraw. If you see yourself involved in this predicament because you failed to see these reviews beforehand please file a bar complaint as it is malpractice for an attorney to withdraw from a case without communicating with his client first.

Terrible Staff. Very rude and disrespectful to clients paying $3500 up front for service.

First experience was wonderful. Second experience was poor and will not be working with this group again.

Mitchell spoke like he walked softly with a big stick, however, he did not and quit working for me without an explanation. This firm set me back several months of precious time and a few thousand dollars for just one letter. A big disappointment! I would look for another attorney for your elder care needs.

Seriously the best Estate Firm there is. Their compassion and more importantly the knowledge around some very complex cases while handling them with grace.

The attorneys and staff have taken a personal interest in my family across multiple generations. Their counsel has been professional, comprehensive, practical. They are very knowledgeable, concerned and helped our family navigate through a variety of issues. I strongly recommend this firm and give them a five star plus rating!

If anyone in the West Palm Beach FL area needs helps with elder law or Medicaid planning then you definitely need to retain Kitroser and Associates. My brother and I were having issues in getting our mother set up for Medicaid as her credit union did not want to accept the Power of attorney but Mr Kitroser's office and staff were not only able to resolve that problem but were able to get the Qualified Income Trust that we needed set up in record time. They were more than forthcoming with answers to any questions we had and were very accommodating with payment of the retainer fees. Would definitely recommend them for anything of this sort because they know their stuff - just cannot stress that enough! Extremely satisfied with everything they did for us! If I could give 10 stars they would definitely deserve it!
